When cutting food, especially fruits and vegetable, make sure you give the food a flat surface by cutting it in half so it won't roll while you are trying to cut it.

WHAT IF GLASS BREAKS?

1. Sweep up broken glass right away.
2. Use a broom and dust pan to pick up the big pieces.
3. Then use a damp paper towel to pick up any small shards left on the floor.
4. Put all broken glass pieces in a paper bag. DO NOT put it in the trash, you might cut yourself when you take the trash bag out.

Wash the cut with soap and water to avoid getting an infection.
